Fortified knoll in Tang-e Bolaghi valley between Pasargadae and Persepolis, excavated by Askari Chaverdi 2004 Bolaghi rescue. Neolithic chert horizon under Achaemenid stone fortress (Cyrus/Darius period) controlling the Bakhtiari nomadic pass between the two capitals — now above Sivand dam.
