Yarkon Philistine port with three superimposed temples, Dan Tribe. 1200 BCE, the site forms a stratified mound/karst tell 4 ha, philistine temples 20×15 m, 12 strata. Excavations since the mid-20th c. expose mudbrick philistine temple with hearth, bichrome ware, bronze tools architecture with diagnostic ceramics, lithics and administrative finds.
Archaeobotany and radiocarbon anchor the sequence, informing regional Philistine–Israelite networks across the Tel Aviv District. Threats include urban expansion, park development, erosion; research continues on Philistine–Israelite chronology.
