Sora) relocates Plato Atlantis to Lake Titicaca (3,812 m, world highest navigable lake) citing the lake as the Atlantis plain, Puma Punku andesite masonry as Atlantean, and alleged submerged pre-Inca ruins at 5–30 m in the lake (2000 Atahuallpa sonar claim). Archaeology shows Tiwanaku (300–1000 CE) is a high-altitude agropastoral state whose 'sunken' lake ruins are lacustrine wall collapse and reed-bed farming terraces (suka kollus) at 3810 m, not a 9,000 BCE marine capital; the lake was never marine (endorheic Altiplano basin, salinity 1‰, no oysters).
Posnansky astro-misdated Tiwanaku to 15,000 BCE by stellar alignment, error 14,000 years; 14C dates Tiwanaku 300–1000 CE, Puma Punku 530–600 CE. Lake deep core shows no Atlantis layer; 'submerged temple' sonar is reed-bed collapse. Included as high-altitude Atlantis pseudo with 20 km coordinate uncertainty.
