Greco-Bactrian hilltop watch-post on Kugitang mountain spur near Baysun, one of frontier fortlets (Uzundara–Kurganzol–Kapchigay) protecting Bactrian kingdom along Alexander's route. Elevated position dominates fertile valley passage, with Hellenistic tableware in Kushan tradition excavated 2018 by Stanco–Khamidov–Shaydullaev, visually interlocked with Uzundara 6 km distant.
